i found the staff very cute and helpful. they stored my luggage upon my early arrival, very convenient. i really liked the sitting room overlooking rue de rivoli, especially since it offered free tea, coffee and newspapers.

the sink drain in my room did not work properly. it was a bit of an inconvenience.

the location is central, right near many attractions i wanted to visit. the hotel is close to both the metro and bus lines, a huge plus. it made getting around very easy.
